Normally Corn Bread would be off of the Low Carb/ Keto Menu, but I have found a way around it. Now you can enjoy your chili with corn bread and still keep your macros in check! So easy too! Serve this with some low carb chili and you won't even miss the carbs.
ground peppermixed into the batter or sprinkled on top
Instructions
Preheat oven to 325F
Mix all ingredients together in a mixing bowl. If using optional toppings, add those as desired.
Pour into a well seasoned 10 inch cast iron skillet. Bake for 30 minutes or until toothpick comes out clean.
Let cool for 5 minutes and slice like a pie into 8 pieces and serve with butter.
Notes
If you like a sweeter corn bread you can always add additional sweetener. Allulose is not calculated on this site because it does not cause an insulin response in humans.
