One of the great things about the Keto Lifestyle is you can be healthy and lose weight eating great food like this. his recipe makes an awesome party appetizer but sometimes we eat this for dinner with a Mexican Style salad.
In a large mixing bowl thoroughly mix eggs, cream cheese, cheddar cheese, green onions and garlic.
Half the jalapeños lengthwise and use a spoon to deseed. Leave the stem on to create a cup so the cheese does not run out during cooking.
Spoon cheese mixture into jalapeño halves.
Wrap each stuffed jalapeno with bacon and place in a baking pan. Each popper should be wrapped in a half slice of bacon, so you should cut the pound of bacon cross-way before wrapping.
Bake for 45 to 55 minutes until bacon is done.

hint: pre-cook bacon in a pan for a few minutes until warm, yet still floppy before you wrap the jalapenos. Your poppers will be extra crispy if you do this.
