Move a rack to the top position in your oven & Preheat to 350° F.
Cover a baking sheet with parchment paper
Thoroughly mix all of the ingredients in a mixing bowl
Put the mixture on the parchment covered pan and spread it out to make it as thin as you can, but don't get too close to edges - kind of like you are making a pizza crust.
Bake it for about 15 minutes, until the edges start to get brown, and then a couple more minutes so it really crisps up.
Slice with a pizza wheel/cutter, and enjoy.
