Melt a stick of butter and soften (heat slightly) an 8 oz. package of cream cheese. Microwave works for this or you can unwrap them and set them in a bowl set it on top of the pre-heating oven while you mix the dry ingredients.
Line the bottom of a bread pan with parchment paper.
In a mixing bowl combine almond flour & coconut flour. Use a fork to mix and de-clump.
Once the flours are thoroughly de-clumpified, add the rest of the dry ingredients, and mix completely.
In a separate mixing bowl - like the one on a Kitchen Aid - add the the softened cream cheese, melted butter, and mix until smooth.
add the eggs and mix until combined.
Add the dry ingredient mixture to the bowl with the wet ingredients and mix just until they are combined. If you are using a stand up mixture you will want to use a silicone bowl scraper to get all of the unmixed ingredients off the sides and bottom of the bowl and then mix them in again.
When the batter is mixed put it in the bread pan that you lined with parchment. It is pretty thick so you may need to use your silicone scraper to spread it evenly in the pan.
Bake at 350°F for 50-55 minutes or until it is done in the middle. (tooth-pick) test.
Notes
Use a standard size bread pan. This can be a 8.8 * 4.5 or 9*5 inch pan.
