This recipe is delicious as is but don't forget to use you imagination too. Add some other veggies like broccoli if you want to. Change to chili peppers if you would like a little more spice.
Slice the steak across the grain into thin strips.
Peel ginger root and cut into shoe strings (really skinny fries)
In a large skillet or wok, over medium high heat, fry the steak strips in coconut oil until steak done (no longer pink or until desired).
Remove the steak.
Add ginger to the wok . Cook for a minute before adding other veggies.
Add peppers and onions and cook on high until the onions are translucent and other veggies are as soft as desired. (I like mine when they are still a little bit crisp).
Turn to low heat and add the steak back with the veggies.
Add fish sauce and cook for one minute.
Turn off heat.
In the wok, toss with Allulose, sesame oil and soy sauce.
Enjoy.
Notes
Sesame oil is a finishing oil. You should not use it for frying. The high heat breaks down the oil, and ruins the flavor.
