Mahi Mahi with Keto Mustard Cream

Ingredients

Mahi Mahi – 4 Mahi Mahi Fillets – 2 Tbsp Butter – Salt and pepper to taste

Sweet Mustard Cream – ¼ cup Whipping Cream – ¼ cup Mayonnaise – 2 tsp Dijon mustard – 2 tsp allulose – ½ tsp Tarragon dried

Beat heavy cream in a bowl until stiff peaks form.

In a separate bowl mix the mayo, mustard, allulose and tarragon well. Then fold gently into the whipped cream until just blended and refrigerate until ready to serve.

Season the  Mahi Mahi

Heat a frying pan and butter over medium heat until hot and the butter bubbles. Sear the Mahi Mahi filets for about two minutes on each side.

Place the fish fillets on a warm plate and dollop with sweet mustard cream sauce. Serve any extra sauce on the side.

Optionally, add capers or dill for extra flavor.
