BREAD RECIPE

Dry Ingredients – 3 cups Almond Flour – ⅓ cup oat fiber – ½ cup psyllium husk powder – 1 ½ tbsp. baking powder – 1 ½ tsp. salt Wet Ingredients – 6 egg whites – ⅓ cup vinegar – 1 cup water boiling – 2 tbsp. olive oil

HOW DOES IT TASTE?

It has a nice nutty flavor from the almond flour, and oat fiber gives it a grain flavor.

STEP 1

 Preheat oven to 350°.

Step 2

Boil a cup of water and grease a 4" X 8" bread pan.

STEP 3

Mix dry ingredients in a large mixing bowl, add in egg whites, vinegar and oil and mix until combined, then add boiling water and mix again.

STEP 4

Form dough into bread pan, bake for 80-90 minutes, cool and then remove from pan to cool completely.
