1/2 cup grated Parmesan cheese (cheap stuff in the green can works well)
In a shallow bowl, combine 1/2 cup almond flour, 1/2 cup grated Parmesan cheese, and a pinch of salt and pepper.
Dip each zucchini stem into the egg and press until coated in the flour mixture.
Place the coated zucchini on an air fryer rack or parchment-lined baking sheet.
