– 7 large eggs – 8 oz Cream Cheese softened – 2 tablespoon heavy cream – 1 teaspoon vanilla extract – 1 teaspoon ground cinnamon – ¼ cup coconut flour – 2 tbsp. allulose granular – 1 teaspoon baking soda

Step 1

Preheat the oven to 350°F.

Step 2

Put muffin liners in a regular 12 muffin pan.

STEP 3

Combine all of the ingredients in a blender, and blend until the ingredients are well incorporated.

STEP 4

Pour the batter into the cups of the muffin pan, fill each well a little more than ¾ to the top.

STEP 5

Bake for 25 minutes, or until the muffins rise and appear firm in the middle.

STEP 6

 Remove from the oven and let rest in the pan for 5 minutes. They will settle just a bit.
