The recipe is for Keto Chinese BBQ Pork "Char Siu"

Keto BBQ

– Soy Sauce – Sugar Free Ketchup – Brown Sugar Allulose – Rice Wine Vinegar – Natural Peanut Butter

Pork Ingredients

Cut pork into .5 inch by 1.5-2 inch wide strips, easier to slice when slightly frozen.

STEP 1

Place in a gallon Ziploc bag and pour in ¾ of the sauce.

STEP 2

Massage the bag to cover the pork with sauce.

STEP 3

Marinate in the fridge for 2 to 24 hours.

STEP 4

Pre-heat oven to 425F and place pork strips on skewers.

Cook the Pork

Roast on aluminum lined broiler pan for 40 minutes, basting with leftover sauce halfway through cooking.

Remove from oven, take off skewers and serve with desired side dishes.
