– 1 pinch sea salt – 2 tablespoon Olive Oil – ½ cup Almond Flour – 4 tablespoon Hemp Hearts – 4 tablespoon Chia Seeds - ½ cup water

Step 1

Preheat oven to 275F

Step 2

In a small mixing bowl, soak the 4 tablespoon of chia seeds in the ½ cup of water for 5 to 10 minutes.

STEP 3

When the seeds have become gelatinous /absorbed all the water, add the rest of the ingredients in the bowl and mix well to form a dough.

STEP 4

 Make the dough into a ball and place between two sheets of parchment paper.

STEP 5

Roll the dough into a rectangle shape that is about ⅛ to ¼ inch thick. (Thinner is better).

STEP 6

Remove the top sheet of parchment and use a pizza cutter to to cut the dough into 24 equal-ish squares.

STEP 7

 Bake at 275F for about 45 minutes or until the dough had dried and slightly browned.
