– 1 cup Mayonnaise– 6 oz Blue cheese crumbled– 1/2 cup Sour cream Full fat– 1 tsp Lemon juice– 1/4 cup Unsweetened almond milk Heavy cream can be used but goes "off" quickly.– 1/4 -1/2 tsp Sea salt to taste– 1/4 tsp Black pepper to taste
Put all ingredients together in a blender and pulse for 15-30 seconds depending on how smooth you like your dressing.
If you like it super chunky, put in a mason jar and shake.
Smash a few of the curds up against the side of the jar to really infuse the flavor if you choose this method.
Keep refrigerated for 5-7 days. If you will not be able to use it all, cut the recipe in half.
Can this dip be frozen?
Nope. But since it only takes five minutes to make, I doubt this will be an issue.
