EASY BAKED 

NO ZUCCHINI CHIPSGUM

INGREDIENTS

– 3 zucchini medium-thinly sliced

– 1.5 teaspoon olive oil

– Garlic

– Dill

– Taco Seasoning

– Onion Powder

– Parmesan

– ¼ teaspoon any other seasoning that you like.

Step 1

Pre-heat oven to 200F

Step 2

Cut the zucchini into thin even slices using a sharp knife or mandolin.

STEP 3

In a mixing bowl, toss with olive oil, salt and other desired seasoning.

STEP 4

Arrange in a single layer on a baking rack

STEP 5

Bake for about one hour & fifteen minutes before turning the baking sheet and let continue for another hour and fifteen minutes.

ENJOY

Let cool with the heat off in the oven and the chips will continue to crisp up.
