2 large eggs

2 tablespoons almond flour

1/2 teaspoon baking powder

2 tablespoons erythritol

1/2 teaspoon vanilla extract

Pinch of salt

Cooking spray (for greasing the waffle iron)

In a bowl, mix together almond flour, cocoa powder, sweetener, baking powder, and salt.

In a separate bowl, beat the egg and vanilla extract together.

Add the dry mixture to the egg mixture and stir until well combined.

Add melted butter to the mixture and mix well.

Spoon the mixture onto the preheated waffle iron and cook for 5-7 minutes.

Remove the Chocolate Chaffles from the waffle iron.

Allow them to cool for a minute or two.
