Instructions
Add washed and trimmed green beans to a salted pot of boiling water and cook for 3-5 minutes, until vibrant green and fork tender. Strain immediately and sprinkle lemon juice over the top to keep them bright green. Set aside.
Prepare the Dijon Tahini Cream sauce by adding all ingredients (except green beans and Lemon Juice) to a mixing bowl and whipping with a hand or stand mixer until you have stiff fluffy peaks.
To serve, add warm green beans to a casserole dish or platter and serve with cold Tahini Dijon Cream and sesame seeds on the side.
