1/4 cup onion minced

1 1/2 lbs. beef

 2 tbsp. olive oil

1/4 cup butter

 2 cloves fresh garlic minced

Combine all of the Cajun spices in a mixing bowl and mix thoroughly.

Cut the meat into cubes. (1 1/2-2" or so)

Add the steak chunks to the bowl of spices and mix.

Step

Heat a large skillet on medium heat. Ensure that it's hot before you start searing the meat.

Once the pan is all the way hot-hot, add olive oil and add the meat.

Step

When you're done searing the steak remove it and set aside.

Step

Reduce the heat to low and add the butter to the skillet.

Step

Once the butter is melted turn off the heat and put the meat back in the pan and toss it to evenly coat all the pieces with butter.
